Agentic Automation Project
Skills Radar
What should you actually learn for the tech role you want? Skills Radar answers with data pulled from live job listings.
How this data is curated
I kept getting asked the same question by people trying to break into tech: what should I actually be learning for this role? My usual answer was to point them at LinkedIn, tell them to pick a target role, and manually read through job postings to reverse-engineer the required skills. Skills Radar automates that process.
Every day, an agentic workflow searches for live job listings for a target role and location using the SERP API, then pulls the requirements from each listing it finds. An AI analysis step reads those requirements and extracts the specific skills, tools, and concepts each employer is asking for.
Those extractions are aggregated across every listing analyzed for the role, ranked by how often each skill appears. The result is a picture of what a role actually demands right now, refreshed daily, instead of a static list that goes stale the moment it is published.
